Built by CNB, Hamilton was launched in July 2005.
She is one of the only boats of this size to be made of carbon fibre composite. Her lifting keel allows a 25 ton bulb to be lowered to a depth of 5 metres (and to 3.50 metres in its highest position). Both of these features will enable her to have a displacement of less than 100 tonnes, for an upwind sail area of 560 m². With the interiors designed by Andrew Winch, the entire fore is devoted to the owner. The spacious cabin has a private entrance. There are a further three guest cabins situated towards the centre. Located above the engine room, is the raised saloon area. Large windows in the roof allow plenty of natural light and offer excellent views. Designed with an arch-shaped profile, the roof lines are both modern and dynamic. The spacious cockpit is shielded by the coaming and the control panels at the helming station are raised enabling a clear view for the helmsman.
